Today I made the creamiest smoothie I’ve ever made. It was basically ice cream.
When I was in San Diego last weekend, we went to brunch in La Jolla and I had the most delicious crab cake eggs Benedict sandwich. Crab cakes are something I love and always order when I’m out but never actually make myself. So after coming home and craving a crab cakes, I decided it was time to make them myself.
When I tell people I’m a vegetarian, everyone always asks me “how do you do it?” My response is simply, I don’t like meat. If I liked it, I would eat it in moderation but the bottom line is that I really just don’t like meat. However, when I did eat meat, there was one kind that I truly loved…and that was bacon.
